I was inspired to write by a deep desire to share honest stories about overcoming challenges and to help others feel less alone in their struggles. Through my memoir, I wanted to shed light on real experiences with mental health and resilience. Writing children’s books came from my passion for helping kids understand health and emotions in a fun, accessible way. I believe stories have the power to heal and connect people of all ages.
“TOO MUCH” is my personal account of facing mental health struggles while working as a physician. The book explores the demands of my career, the effects on my personal life, and my journey toward self-acceptance and healing.
My medical background gives me a unique perspective and helps me bring authenticity to my stories. I use real-life experiences to highlight the importance of mental health and compassion, both in my memoir and in my children’s books.
Yes, absolutely! I’m actively working on new projects, including expanding the “Adventures in Surgeryland” coloring book series. I’m also excited about transitioning into fiction, with several new stories currently in development.
I hope my books encourage readers to embrace their own stories and to seek help when they need it. Whether for adults or children, I want my stories to offer hope, understanding, and a reminder that no one is alone.
Yes, I am always open to new collaborations and creative partnerships. Whether it’s co-writing, participating in events, or working with organizations that share my values, I welcome opportunities to connect and create meaningful projects together.
